Ramparts has been providing CMMC L2 gap assessments, security mitigation, and consulting for the last four years to various DIB companies. Over the last year, Ramparts started an in-depth analysis of how to cost effectively get small DIB contractors CMMC Level 2 compliant & maintain compliance.

We investigated many CMMC compliance solutions for small DIB contractors and identified the SecureCMMC Enclave as a good solution for CMMC L2 compliance. We considered the hidden costs to the OSC (Organization Seeking Certification) / OSA (Organization Seeking Assessment) and the risks of not being able to achieve compliance. OSC is CMMC verbiage for a DIB (Defense Industrial Base) company requiring a C3PAO CMMC L2 certification. OSA is CMMC verbiage for DIB company requiring a self-assessment at a CMMC L2.

We are happy to present our analysis of all the potential CMMC solutions we research, discuss our conclusions, and discuss other potential ways to interpret the data. Ramparts believes that the SecureCMMC Enclave will be a good option for small OSCs (DIB companies). We are not saying that this is the best solution for every OSC. We are saying we have done the analysis for our clients’ CMMC L2 compliance requirements and the SecureCMMC Enclave came out ahead. Additionally, we believe we have become very good at providing CMMC L2 solutions for the small DIB market, because we are DIB contractors and have been involved with CMMC from the beginning.
